Morristown is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. I worked with Juan Breton from Volo Sports since I thought I was charged by VOLO for somehting I did not use. Juan was so patient and incredible - he answered me quickly and was not phased by my anger. Since I have been scammed many times, I was shocked how great he was with me. Finally, I found out I was wrong and my son used my card for a league. I was embarassed but Juan never even let on that I wasted his time. He emailed me four times in five days= Incredible customer service even though I wasted his time. Pormote Juan. Thanks, Dr. Mary

Volo Sports bought out Jersey Club Sports, and now No Idea Sports. The quality of management has taken a nose dive since they took over. Poorly functioning equipment, unnecessary weather cancellations, last minute schedule changes, and terrible, negligent communication are now the standard. Oh and itβs super expensive AND they charge a $10 service fee just to line their pockets. Teams are understandably dropping out, making it even worse. Sad to see such a fun coed sports league get mismanaged into the ground.

The softball leagues are so poorly managed. First we had an umpire who was roasting one of our teammates throughout a game, then they changed the schedule of the casual league to include teams from the competitive league at their request. No, the casual teams were not given the chance to provide input before that change was made. They said the goal was to make it the "best experience for everyone," but how can that be said when the level of competition is rigged against us without having a say? Needless to say, we won't be signing up for these softball leagues again.

I play(ed) softball in a rec league organized by Volo. Out of the blue, our team schedule was updated to include a few games against the competitive league. When I reached out, Volo stated they "added from the other league at their request". They never notified the rec teams until after the change was made and then claim "we believe this will make a better experience for everyone". I joined this league to goof off with friends, not compete. The competitive leagues are far more intense than I planned for a Sunday morning.

I signed my volleyball team up for a league starting on 2/3. I happened to check my app a week before and noticed that the league start date moved up a week and nobody received any notification of the schedule change. We have been in the league for years and we continue to be disappointed by a lack of leadership, professionalism, organization and decent referees. If you have a choice to look elsewhere, I suggest you stay away from Volo for all sports. Volo continues to disappoint.
